W+D/BICMA develops production system for face masks

Facing the dramatic supply shortages for protective masks, W+D and BICMA are working at high pressure to retrofit an existing hygiene machine for those products. In April a Technikums machine will be adjusted to produce more than 100,000 face masks daily. Beginning in June, the sale of Auxilium face masks Type II EN 14683 will be only in bulk of 1.500 and more. Inquiries to mail(at)bicma.com or order directly from our web shop.

Simultaneously W+D/BICMA are developing a new high-speed system, that may fully automatically produce more than 1,000,000 face masks per day.

Both projects are implemented in close cooperation with Reifenhäuser Reicofil as material supplier and Herrmann Ultraschalltechnik as supplier for system components.
