New Technical Improvements / TIPs Inserting

We never stop improving our envelope inserting systems for you, often also on the basis of customer inquiries. With our new Inserting TIP series, we would like to spark your interest in our optional additional modules.

These either increase the processing speed and thus the output of your W+D envelope inserting machines or deliver higher processing quality and greater operating comfort.

  • W+D Ramps
    By installing one or more W+D ramps in the gathering section underneath the RF2 or the HF2 feeder, it is now possible to control the desired product order for your jobs more directly. You’ll save time-consuming feeder modifications and your job changes will be made easier and more efficient.
  • W+D HF2 Modification Kit
    We have also developed a cost-effective retrofit kit for processing critical materials for your installed hybrid feeder, the W+D HF2 Modification Kit, which is available in two upgrade versions.
  • More mobile Gripper Guide
    Designed for the W+D BB700 14k, it reduces wear on grippers and guide rails for a longer service life.
  • Modified Vacuum Sucker
    This module ensures reliable vacuum flow and improves transport when stronger vacuum is needed. It can be retrofitted to the W+D BB700 and BB550 XL.
