In these challenging times, physical service visits to our customers are becoming very difficult. W+D has put various measures in place to protect our employees and customers in the best way possible. Should any machine-related faults occur, these can be remedied very quickly, even in these economically difficult times. But how can this be done if we are unable to visit?

The effects of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic are putting many companies under economic pressure. In response to this situation, W+D is actively focusing on Remote Support options. We have therefore taken the decision to reduce the current support flat rate and introduce a special support package. Contact your W+D partner to discuss the options available.

 

We are reducing our support flat rates to the price level of 2019.

There is also the option to apply for a 5-hour support package at special conditions.
