Dr. Achim Wapniewski is the new Senior Manager responsible for Sales, Services und Marketing at Winkler+Dünnebier AG

Dr. Achim Wapniewski (42) has joined the Management Team of Winkler+Dünnebier AG effective 1. March 2010 and will take responsibility for Sales, Service and Marketing. Together with the board of directors Dr. Wapniewski will continue to intensively move ahead with the strategic repositioning of the company.
Mr. Wapniewski earned Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Münster in Marketing, Distribution and Trade and acquired his doctorate degree from the University of Dortmund in customer relation management. He brings many years of Sales and Marketing experience, new business segment development in international markets as well as complex strategic repositioning projects. Most recently he was Head of the Business Unit responsible for sales of machines and systems at KHS AG.
Winkler+Dünnebier AG produces envelope and tissue machines as its core business. Another core area is in the production of transport and palletizing systems for the paper, tissue and food industries. Winkler+Dünnebier has production and sales locations in Germany, USA, China and Malaysia.
